About Us

The Spring Fling is an annual fundraising event for participating athletic teams and student organizations of the University of the Incarnate Word.  The fun filled event is held along the headwaters of the San Antonio River on the UIW campus.   Food booths, music, games and the $20,000 turtle race highlight a fun filled day. 3000 turtles will be racing down the San Antonio River all with a chance of winning $20,000 and 20 different prizes.  Admission is free.  Come on out and enjoy the fun.
